The Story of Lumina Springs
Lumina – From the Greek for “light,” symbolising clarity and courage. Inspired by my own name, it reflects the vision of illuminating the depth of occupational therapy.
Springs – A symbol of renewal, growth, and flow. Springs remind us that confidence and creativity come when we honour the person as a whole, and allow practice to evolve.
Together, Lumina Springs represents a space of light and renewal for OTs — a place to reclaim your role with confidence.

The Belief:
I believe every occupational therapist deserves to feel confident and recognised when bringing psychological depth and holistic care into their practice.

The Approach:
The approach combines evidence-based training, reflective supervision, and creative tools like the PEARL process to help Occupational Therapists integrate psychologically informed tools into their clinical role.

The Hope:
I hope that Lumina Springs can support Occupational Therapists to transform their practice by reducing imposter syndrome, increasing confidence in psychologically informed work, reclaiming your occupational identity and enabling Occupational Therapists to thrive as confident, holistic practitioners.
Lumina Spring’s Aim
To help occupational therapists grow confident in psychologically informed practice, so you can step into therapeutic spaces without doubt, and with the full power of your OT identity.
